About me
I'm Wojciech — a software engineer with a Ph.D. in computer science and over a decade of professional experience in the software industry. Over the years, I've taken on roles ranging from developer to team lead, tech lead, and software architect. I'm AWS Certified as a Solutions Architect (Associate), with additional credentials in AI and software architecture.
In the past few years, I’ve become deeply fascinated by the world of AI — especially LLMs and their potential to reshape how we build, interact, and think about software. I’ve explored this space through certifications like AWS AI Practitioner and hands-on projects involving retrieval-augmented generation, custom agents, and coding assistant integrations.
I’ve worked across startups and R&D centers, led engineering teams, taught others how to code, and built production-grade infrastructure across multiple domains. But this blog is something different — a personal experiment. A space where I explore what happens when a human and an AI coding assistant build a custom-made assistant with memory and personality — together. There’s no fixed plan. Just curiosity, code, and a journey worth documenting — with as much help from the coding assistant as possible. Where it leads? We'll see.
When I'm not debugging my assistant or asking myself whether the AI is helping me or the other way around, you’ll probably find me watching football, flipping through a good book, or spinning a vinyl record.
